Service Authorization

By signing this Job Card, the customer authorizes Elite Detailing to proceed with the selected services as outlined above.

Warranty

  • Non-Transferable Warranty: Warranty applies only to the original owner and is non-transferable if the vehicle is sold.
  • PPF Warranty: 5 years, covering manufacturer defects only.
  • Window Tint Warranty: Based on selected package:
    • Silver: 3 Years
    • Gold: 5 Years
    • Elite Xpel: Lifetime
  • Ceramic Coating: Requires yearly refresh to maintain warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty is void if the vehicle is:

  • Improperly maintained (harsh chemicals, abrasive washing).
  • Modified (aftermarket parts, wrapping, repainting).
  • Used in extreme conditions (off-roading, racing, track use).

Service Completion & Acceptance

  • The customer is required to inspect and accept the vehicle upon completion of service.
  • Once the vehicle is accepted, no refunds will be issued, and service is deemed completed.

Liability & Responsibility

  • Elite Detailing is not liable for pre-existing damage to the vehicle.
  • Personal items left in the vehicle are done so at the customer’s own risk.
  • We are not liable for mechanical or electrical failures after service.

Pricing & Payment Terms

  • Total price is based on selected services and may be adjusted based on the vehicle’s condition.
  • Payment is due upon service completion.
  • Late payments will incur a 5% fee per 7 days.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made 12 hours in advance

Privacy

Personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the customer agrees to resolve it via arbitration in Dubai, UAE, before initiating legal proceedings.
